- External Course (Taught at external manufacturer appointed training facility)
- Course accommodation booking logistics, 2-way Taxi transfer to & from Easytek Co to Bauer technician training facility all arranged by Easytek Co. Taxi fees are included in the course fee.
- Training course provided by officially appointed Bauer technician trainer.
A new course introduced to compliment the Compressed Air systems Operator Course for Dive Industry personnel with responsibilities for day to day compressor operation who are required to have a Bauer service technician certificate as part of their qualifications.
The course covers general maintenance, operation, standards and relevant legislation.
There are no pre requisites for this course

Syllabus

| 2 | Workshop | Operation and running checks for 3 and 4 stage compressors, automatic control systems. Air-Kool systems. Servicing techniques. |
| 3 | Workshop | Compressor overhaul – complete strip-down, inspection & rebuild of a compressor unit – comprises approx 2 hrs classroom theory followed by workshop practical. |
| 4 | workshop | Compressor testing & diagnostics/fault-finding. Factory update – detailing new developments, systems and the IK series compressors. Computer B-control systems |

Easytek carries out hydrostatic tests in house to 650bar/10,000psi to US DOT standards, European EC, British BS and Thai standards supplemented by the very latest NDT eddy current testing to detect metallurgical failure aluminium alloy high pressure gas cylinders.
